As a Financial Modeling Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial viability and attractiveness of the HEART Project.
🔹 Financial Model Development & Management
- ✅ Construct, maintain, and refine comprehensive financial models aligned with international project finance standards.
- ✅ Develop PPP financial frameworks, integrating government participation and private investment dynamics.
- ✅ Perform detailed cash flow projections, IRR/NPV analysis, and stress testing.
🔹 Project Structuring & Investment Analysis
- ✅ Optimize financial structuring to balance risk allocation, debt-equity mix, and government participation.
- ✅ Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses for project phasing and investment strategies.
- ✅ Prepare detailed investment reports and due diligence assessments for financial institutions and investors.
🔹 Investor & Stakeholder Engagement
- ✅ Support high-level negotiations with strategic investors, lenders, and government bodies.
- ✅ Prepare financial presentations, pitch decks, and decision-support documents for stakeholders.
- ✅ Align financial strategies with Vietnamese PPP regulations and international best practices.
🎯 Required Qualifications
✅ Educational Background
📌 Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Banking, or a related field.
✅ Industry Experience
📌 7+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or PPP project finance, preferably within Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
📌 Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment structuring for complex projects.
📌 Prior experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or energy-intensive projects is highly preferred.
